यात्रा भत्ता

यात्रा भत्ता किसी भी दिन के लिए एक रेल कर्मचारी को निर्धारित दरों के अनुसार स्वीकार्य है, जिस पर वह अपने मुख्यालय से 8 किलोमीटर के दायरे से परे यात्रा पर जाता है या इसी तरह की दूरी से अपने मुख्यालय लौटता है।

यात्रा भत्ता निम्नलिखित अनुपात में मध्य रात्रि से मध्य रात्रि तक गणना किए गए मुख्यालय से अनुपस्थिति के प्रत्येक पूर्ण दिन के लिए प्रदान किया जाएगा।

1. 
   यदि मुख्यालय से अनुपस्थिति लगातार 6 घंटे से अधिक नहीं है। – यात्रा भत्ता का 30%।

   2. यदि मुख्यालय से अनुपस्थिति लगातार 12 घंटे से अधिक नहीं है। – यात्रा भत्ता का 70%।

   3. यदि मुख्यालय से अनुपस्थिति लगातार 12 घंटे से अधिक है। – यात्रा भत्ता का 100%।

 

 

यात्रा या प्रशिक्षण पर यात्रा के लिए हकदारी: –

(ए) देश के भीतर हवाई यात्रा: –

(i) वेतन मैट्रिक्स स्तर –16 और उससे अधिक में अधिकारी, दौरे में रहते हुए, ‘जे‘ / बिजनेस क्लास में हवाई यात्रा के हकदार हो सकते हैं

(ii) वायु द्वारा यात्रा करने के लिए अधिकृत अन्य सभी अधिकारी इकोनॉमी क्लास द्वारा यात्रा करने के हकदार हो सकते हैं।

(ब) हवाई (अंतर्राष्ट्रीय) द्वारा यात्रा: –

(i) वेतन मैट्रिक्स स्तर 14 और ऊपर: व्यापार / क्लब वर्ग (ii) अन्य : इकॉनमी क्लास

(सी) समुद्र या नदी स्टीमर द्वारा यात्रा: –

(1) द्वीपों के Andaman & Nicobar समूह और द्वीप के लक्षद्वीप समूह के अलावा अन्य स्थानों के लिए: –

(i) वेतन मैट्रिक्स स्तर 9 और ऊपर: हाईएस्ट क्लास

 

(ii) पे मैट्रिक्स लेवल 6 से 8 : लोअर क्लास अगर केवल स्टीमर पर दो क्लास हो

(iii) पे मैट्रिक्स लेवल 4 और 5: अगर दो वर्ग ही, निम्न वर्ग, यदि तीन वर्ग, मिडिल या सेकंड क्लास, अगर चार वर्ग होते हैं, तीसरी क्लास

(iv) पे मैट्रिक्स लेवल 1 से 3: सबसे कम क्लास

 

(स) समुद्र या नदी स्टीमर द्वारा यात्रा: –

(1) द्वीपों के Andaman & Nicobar और लक्षद्वीप समूह के अलावा अन्य स्थानों के लिए: –

(i) वेतन मैट्रिक्स स्तर 9 और ऊपर: हाईएस्ट क्लास

(ii) वेतन मैट्रिक्स स्तर 6 से 8 : अगर केवल स्टीमर पर दो क्लास हो तो लोअर क्लास

(iii) पे मैट्रिक्स लेवल 4 और 5: केवल दो वर्ग हो–निम्न वर्ग, यदि तीन वर्ग–मिडिल या सेकंड क्लास, अगर चार वर्ग होते हैं–तीसरी क्लास

(iv) पे मैट्रिक्स लेवल 1 से 3: सबसे कम क्लास

(2) शिपिंग कॉर्पोरेशन ऑफ इंडिया लिमिटेड द्वारा संचालित जहाजों द्वारा मुख्य भूमि और A&N द्वीपों के और लक्षद्वीप समूह के बीच यात्रा के लिए: –

(i) वेतन मैट्रिक्स स्तर 9 और ऊपर : डीलक्स क्लास (ii) पे मैट्रिक्स लेवल 6 से 8 : प्रथम / ‘ए‘ केबिन कक्षा (iii) वेतन मैट्रिक्स स्तर 4 और 5 : द्वितीय / ‘बी‘ केबिन कक्षा (iv) वेतन मैट्रिक्स स्तर 1 से 3 : बंक क्लास

(डी) सड़क मार्ग से यात्रा के लिए लाभ भत्ता: –

(i) वेतन मैट्रिक्स स्तर 14 और उससे ऊपर: एसी बस सहित किसी भी प्रकार की सार्वजनिक बस द्वारा वास्तविक किराया या एसी टैक्सी की निर्धारित दरों पर जब यात्रा वास्तव में एसी टैक्सी द्वारा की जाती है या ऑटो–रिक्शा द्वारा यात्रा के लिए ऑटो रिक्शा के लिए निर्धारित दरों पर, खुद की कार, स्कूटर, मोटर साइकिल, मोपेड वगैरह.,

(ii) पे मैट्रिक्स लेवल 6 से 13: उप्रोक्तनुसर, सिवाय इसके कि एसी टैक्सी से यात्रा की अनुमति नहीं होगी

(iii)वेतन मैट्रिक्स लेवल 4 और 5: एसी बस के अलावा किसी भी प्रकार की सार्वजनिक बस द्वारा वास्तविक किराया, या ऑटो रिक्शा के लिए निर्धारित दर, अपनी कार, स्कूटर, मोटर साइकिल, मोपेड आदि द्वारा

 

(iv) पे मैट्रिक्स लेवल 1 से 3: केवल या साधारण सार्वजनिक बस द्वारा वास्तविक किराया

ऑटो रिक्शा, अपनी कार, स्कूटर, मोटर साइकिल, मोपेड आदि द्वारा यात्रा के लिए ऑटो रिक्शा के लिए निर्धारित दरों पर

 

दरें: –

उन स्थानों पर जहां संबंधित राज्य के या पड़ोसी राज्यों के परिवहन निदेशालय द्वारा कोई विशिष्ट दरें निर्धारित नहीं की गई हैं (जब भी डीए में 50% की वृद्धि होगी तो यह दरें 25% तक बढ़ जाएंगी)

* अपनी कार / टैक्सी में की जाने वाली यात्रा के लिए रु. 24/- प्रति किमी

* ऑटो रिक्शा, स्कूटर आदि द्वारा की जाने वाली यात्रा के लिए रु. 12/- प्रति किमी।

(ई) रेल द्वारा यात्रा: –

रेल सेवक को नियमानुसार निःशुल्क पास जारी किए जा सकते हैं।

स्थानांतरण पर टीए हकदारियां: –

(i) हवाई मार्ग से यात्रा: –

वेतन मैट्रिक्स स्तर 15 और उससे अधिक के अधिकारी: ‘जे‘/बिजनेस क्लास

 

पे मैट्रिक्स लेवल 14 में अधिकारी: CA की मंजूरी से–

(ii) रेल द्वारा यात्रा: –

फ्री पास नियमों के तहत स्वीकार्य किये जा सकते हैं

(iii) सड़क मार्ग से यात्राएं: –

रेल से जुड़े स्टेशनों के बीच, सड़क से यात्रा करने का हकदार नहीं है। अन्यथा, परिवार के साथ अनुमेय। 2(डी)

 

 

 

Travelling Allowance

 

Railway employees are eligible for a travel allowance based on set rates when they go on a tour beyond 8 kilometers from their headquarters or return from a similar distance.

The allowance is granted for each full day of absence from the headquarters, calculated from midnight to midnight, as follows:

 

1. If the absence from the headquarters is less than 6 continuous hours – 30% of the travel allowance.
2. If the absence from headquarters is less than 12 continuous hours – 70% of the travel allowance.
3. If the absence from headquarters exceeds 12 continuous hours – 100% of the travel allowance.

 

Entitlement for Tour or Training Journeys:

 

(A) Domestic Air Travel:

 

(i) Officers in Pay Matrix Level -16 & above are entitled to travel by ‘J’ / Business Class.

 

(ii) Other authorized officers may travel in economy class.

 

(B) International Air Travel:

 

(i) Pay Matrix Level 14 and above: Business / Club Class (ii) Others: Economy Class

 

(C) Sea or River Steamer Travel:

 

(1) For places other than A&N Group of islands and Lakshadweep Group of Island:

 

(i) Pay Matrix Level 9 & above: Highest Class

 

(ii) Pay Matrix Level 6 to 8: Lower Class if there are only two classes on the steamer.

 

(iii) Pay Matrix Level 4 & 5: Lower class if there are only two classes, middle or second class if there are three classes, and third class if there are four classes.

 

(iv) Pay Matrix Level 1 to 3: Lowest Class

 

(2) For travel between the mainland and the A&N Group of islands and Lakshadweep Group of Island by ships operated by the Shipping Corporation of India Limited:

 

(i) Pay Matrix Level 9 & above: Deluxe Class

(ii) Pay Matrix Level 6 to 8: First / ‘A’ Cabin Class

(iii) Pay Matrix Level 4 & 5: Second / ‘B’ Cabin Class

(iv) Pay Matrix Level 1 to 3: Bunk Class

 

(D) Mileage Allowance for Road Travel:

 

(i) Pay Matrix Level 14 & above: Actual fare by any type of public bus including AC bus or at prescribed rates of AC taxi when the journey is actually performed by AC Taxi or at prescribed rates for auto rickshaw for journeys by auto-rickshaw, own car, scooter, motor cycle, moped etc.

 

(ii) Pay Matrix Level 6 to 13: Same as above, except that journey by AC taxi will not be permissible.

 

(iii) Pay Matrix Level 4 & 5: Actual fare by any type of public bus other than AC bus or at prescribed rates for auto rickshaw for journeys by auto-rickshaw, own car, scooter, motor cycle, moped etc.

 

(iv) Pay Matrix Level 1 to 3: Actual fare by ordinary public bus only or at prescribed rates for auto rickshaw for journeys by auto-rickshaw, own car, scooter, motor cycle, moped etc.

 

Rates:

 

In places where specific rates haven’t been prescribed, the rates will increase by 25% whenever DA increases by 50%.

• For journeys in own car / taxi: ₹24 per kilometer.
• For journeys by auto-rickshaw, own scooter, etc.: ₹12 per kilometer.

 

(E) Rail Travel:

 

Free passes, as per the rules, may be issued to Railway Servants.

 

Travel Allowance Entitlements on Transfer:

 

(i) Air Travel:

 

Officers in Pay Matrix Level 15 & above: ‘J’/Business Class.

Officers in Pay Matrix Level 14: with approval of CA.

 

(ii) Rail Travel:

 

Free passes, as per the rules, may be issued to Railway Servants.

 

 

(iii) Road Journeys:

 

Not entitled to travel by road between stations connected by Rail. Otherwise, permissible with family.
